UK Production Manager & Account Manager

EXPERT LEVEL / NATIVE ENGLISH REQUIRED

Integrated in the UK Sales & Clients team, you should be a dynamic and motivated individual with strong communication and teamwork skills – This “desk based role” will be managing the day to day order processing with our printing factories, ensuring order details are accurate, and acting as the main liaison between our UK production supply chain, account managers, and clients.

Ideally you will have experience and an understanding of the UK Garment Printing Textile Market, and understand our main printing techniques.

Core Responsibilities
Creating and monitoring orders with our Printing & Textile suppliers and liaising with our transport companies – using our production management tool Salesforce.com
Communicating with Account Managers and our clients when any problems arise to find solutions
Regular updating of our CRM & Production Management tool – Ensuring everything remains on track
Creating Visual MockUps using Adobe software
Checking Artwork files are Print Ready and ensure extremely high attention to detail at all times

Additional Responsibilities
Inbound UK Sales – offering quotations and making sales to new clients
Account Management of regular UK clients – helping grow existing accounts
Product Development – Researching products and sourcing suppliers

Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 years work experience in the Printing Industry
Graphic Design skills essential – Adobe software
Commercially Minded and a skilled communicator
Problem solving approach
Perform well under pressure with extremely high attention to detail
Professional, Responsible, Trustworthy & Punctual
Passion in Printing

Desirable Skills
Experience working with SALESFORCE.Com

UK Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Based in the heart of Barcelona, you will initially work along our UK head of sales, to ensure your training, understanding, and product level sales skills exceed the necessary levels to ensure confidence in your business development communication. Your core target markets will be large exhibition & events companies and Advertising & PR & Marketing Agencies across the UK, plus large international sports events.
Once trained you will begin the Lead Generation role by actively & professionally contacting and winning new clients. Your key account managers and the marketing department will support and train you at all times.

UK Client Account Managers & Inbound Sales

Integrated in the UK sales & customer services team should be a dynamic and motivated self-starter with strong communications and teamwork skills – You will be responding to web based leads and phone call leads and converting leads into clients.

EXPERT LEVEL / NATIVE ENGLISH REQUIRED

Responsibilities
Inbound UK sales & customer services – Website & Telephone
Account Management of regular UK clients
Assessment of clients profile, printing needs, artwork files & budgets
Creation & issue of quotations, calculation of margins, with professional follow-up sales techniques to convert to sales
Supporting & working with your team in a fast paced professional environment

Minimum Qualifications

At least 1 years proven track record in UK Sales & Customer Services
Basic graphic design skills beneficial – Adobe software
Perform well under pressure
Professional, Responsible, Trustworthy & Punctual
Passion or Interest in Printing

Desirable Skills

Experience working with SALESFORCE.com
Analytical & Very Fast learner & willing to learn
